WAT advantages?
Beside all of the things mentioned above by the former participants, the program is also an excellent path for professional growth. Even though, the jobs are exclusively in the hospitality field, that doesn’t mean that a future engineer doesn’t have anything to gain.
First, you will, inevitably, improve your English skills, and, depending on the U.S. state you choose, maybe even your Spanish skills. Then, you will learn to work in a multicultural environment and to respect rules that are different from the ones of the Romanian employers; both things being highly appreciated by the multinational companies in our country. And, last, but not least, you will develop a greater trust in your own abilities, your motto thus becoming: “sky is the limit!”
WAT disadvantages?
Maybe you’ll be a little homesick, maybe you’ll feel that you work too much or maybe you won’t like the weather, but, certainly, the accomplishments and the happy moments will help you surpass them very quickly.
